55-year old man with a history of colectomy for cancer was found to have a local
A recurrence invading the left common and external iliac vein. He was referred to us
for local debulking/clearance before further radiotherapy. The challenge was the ana-
tomical location of the iliac vein in close proximity to the IVC and aortic bifurcation.
