Acrocyanosis
Symmetrical digital cyanosis,
or acrocyanosis, in a 19-year
old boy from digital vasos-
pasm. He has good peripheral
pulses. It is usually primary
and benign, and asymptomat-
ic. Secondary acrocyanosis
can be from systemic disease,
connective tissue disorders,
hematological diseases, and
Raynaud’s phenomenon.
