• Congenital absence of Ulnar

• Pressure applied to radial and ulnar arteries to occlude inflow artery is rare: ~0.015%

• Make a fist to empty blood in hand

• Release ulnar side spontaneous reperfusion • Useful test before
contemplating procedure
• Repeat over radial side involving the Radial artery,
