The defect in the arterial wall was defined and was repaired with interrupted
 Open exploration involved proximal and distal arterial control and opening of   6/0 polypropylene sutures. The radial pulse at the wrist was easily palpable,
 the pseudoaneurysm sac.  and the hand was well perfused post-operatively.
