This is a tortuous
venous
malformation over
the dorsum of the
right midfoot
It drains
predominantly to
the short saphenous
vein and anterior
tibial vein

This slow-flow venous malformation was treated with ultrasound guided percutaneous
emoblization with 3% sodium tetradecyl sulphate (STS) foam mixture. Video shows ve-
nogram during sclerotherapy.
