In view of short neck which is high risk for Type Ia endoleak,
Endovascular staplers was deployed to anchor the stent-graft to the

aortic wall at neck. Endoanchors are small motorized “screws” that can

be inserted after endograft deployment to help to improve fixation and
reduce attachment endoleaks in aneurysms with complex necks
