Infra-renal AAA with short neck
EVAR with Rt CIA embolization and EndoAnchor
A 84 years old man presented with incidental finding of pulsatile abdominal
mass. Clinically a 5cm AAA was palpated. A contrast CT aortogram was
performed. It showed a 5.4cm infra-renal AAA with short 8mm neck with a
3cm Rt CIA aneurysm. Both renal arteries were narrow with stenotic orifice.
The Rt IIA origin was very stenotic too. Both proximal and distal landing
zones are suboptimal.
