Slits are made on the skin graft to prevent fluid
accumulating between the wound and the graft.
The skin graft is meshed to thinner sheet
sometimes for coverage of larger area.
Skin graft is laid and anchored on the wound. Healing takes place with 85
revascularization of the graft by capillary inosculation.
