Intravenous heparin was given and the arteries were clamped. Via a transverse Fresh thrombus was retrieved sequentially from the left PFA, SFA, and CFA.
arteriotomy of the distal CFA, thrombus can be seen protruding from the
common femoral artery. All the thrombus was removed.
