The overlying skin was necrotic, with some contact bleeding. The brachial, radial, and
Elbow Mass ulnar pulses were normal, and the hand was well perfused.
An elderly patient with thrombocytopenia presented with progressive enlarging swelling
in the left elbow, which started after minor trauma 6 months ago. The mass was soft and 67
