                                                                                                                                         61-year old patient with diabetic nephropathy, renal transplant presented with

                                                                                                                                    are calcified with some common femoral and SFA and distal disease.  The toes are
                                                                                                                                    however well perfused.  A period of conservative treatment may be worthwhile
                                                                                                                                    instead of immediate revascularization.
