Saccular Aneurysm

A 75-year old man presented with abdominal pain and fever for three days. A CT
scan revealed a suspicious saccular pseudoaneurysm in the mid infrarenal aorta.
While the aneurysm is small, the morphological features suggests the possibility of a
mycotic aneurysm. This should be borne in mind. Treatment with a tube endograft
                 would be relatively simple.
