This CT scans shows a persistent type II endoleak from a patent lumbar artery. The an-
eurysm sac showed continuous expansion on follow up. This was treated with a TRAN-
SARTERIAL EMBOLIZATION with glue through a branch of the internal iliac artery (oppo-
