CLINICAL PRESENTATION
Patients typically present late:
• Cervical lymph node enlargement (most common presenting symptom)
• Odynophagia
• Dysphagia
• Hoarseness and stridor which may be secondary to recurrent laryngeal nerve invasion
and/or direct invasion of the larynx
• Bleeding
• Aspiration
• Weight loss
