An incidental finding on CT scan in a 63-year old lady who is asymptomatic. The celiac axis
showed a “beaded” appearance suggestive of fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD). There is also a focal
Celiac Axis Dissection dissection flap in the proximal segment. FMD is a disease of unknown etiology and has no de-
fined treatment.
