Large AAA
A 78-year old man with a huge 10cm AAA. Large AAAs often has adverse anatomy making
them unsuitable for EVAR. This aneurysm had a very tortuous neck, unhealthy infrarenal
aorta with a posterior bleb, and bilateral common iliac artery aneurysms. OPEN repair
would be the preferred option if the patient is fit.
