Medical devices and MRI Compatibility

The number of patients requiring MRI examination is increasing. So is the number of
patients with implantable metallic cardiovascular devices, including pacemakers,

implantable cardioverter defibrillators, and cardiac resynchronization therapy, clips,
stents, coils etc.

This patient has a stentgraft in the aorta. The stentgraft is made of stainless steel.

Can the patient undergo MRI investigation?
