Key management of DVT:
- Anticoagulation (LMWH vs NOAC)
- Confirm diagnosis with ultrasound
Bonus: catheter directed thrombectomy/thrombolysis
is indicated in proximal (iliofemoral), symptomatic,
acute (< 2 weeks) DVT.
