He presented with sudden onset of chest pain and left shoulder pain with
radiation to the back. The pain is not mechanical in nature.

CXR showed a much larger aortic notch compared to previous XRs Previous CT
The size of the aneurysm sac is also
enlarged compared to the previous CT.
Which is compatible with the CXR findings. 7
