Emergency TEVAR for symptomatic endoleak
This image showed the structures of Angiogram showed the patent bypass
the previous frozen elephant trunk grafts to the innominate artery, left
and the TEVAR stent graft common carotid artery and left
subclavian artery. Endoleak cannot be
well seen on this angiogram.
However, endoleak is more apparent
in the middle part of the stent graft
on CT scan. A type III endoleak is
suspected
