However, he has repeated unprovoked episodes of left foot ischemia.

      Picture below shows cyanotic left foot and autoamputated distal left big toe.







































































    Through extensive workup he was diagnosed with fibromuscular dysplasia. He was put on
    aspirin, prophylactic low molecular weight heparin, and active warming.

    During ischemic episodes, he was given topical TNG patches for vasodilation.
