EVAR Endoleak

This 88-year old gentleman received a EVAR overseas in 2017 with no follow up.
He had an ultrasound this year which showed a large endoleak. CT scan sub-
sequently showed a suspicious large endoleak at the “gate” area - junction be-
tween the short limb of the endograft and the R leg extension.
