A thoracic endograft (TEVAR) was performed intentionally covering the celiac axis origin at
the lower end. This is to treat the mechanical issues of an enlarging thoracic pseudoaneu-
rysm. The patient will be put on life-long antibiotics and there may be an issue of further
infection of the endograft.
