Mycotic Pseudoaneurysm

A 83-year old lady presented with abdominal pain and blood culture grew Salmonella Gp D.
CT scan revealed a mycotic pseudoaneurysm at the low descending thoracic aorta. The clin-
ical and CT findings are quite typical of this disease. The lower end of the aneurysm is very
close to the celiac axis origin.
