After removal of cannulae, the arteriotomies (holes in the vessels) in the common
femoral artery, vein, and SFA (if a reperfusion catheter) needs to be repaired surgically
with prolene sutures. The arteriotomy by the reperfusion catheter in the SFA needs to be repaired as well.
