AVM L Hand
RTERIOVENOUS MALFORMA-
ATIONS of the hand can be very difficult
to treat. This patient has an AVM affecting
mainly the medial three fingers but with a high,
pulsatile flow feeding the malformation from
mainly the unlar artery. The malformation is
pulstaile at the fingers and there is a throm-
bosed nodule. There is also radial artery sup-
ply. The veins of the dorsum of the hand is also
very dilated due to the high flow. X-ray shows
bony destruction.
