OPEN REPAIR of a DISSECTING
THORACOABDOMINAL ANEURYSM
The proximal end of the prosthetic
graft was sutured to the lower end
of the TEVAR. The four branches are
for temporary perfusion and ligat-
ed. The thoraicic patch goes to the
intercostal arteries. The blue vessel
loops held the reimplanted visceral
branchs (in this case, CA, SMA and
RRA on the right, and LRA on the
left). The AAA was replaced with
a bifurcated grafat to the common
iliac artery bifurcation. Cardiopul-
monary bypass was not necessary.
