After ascertaining microscopic clearance on frozen section, the size of the defect in the oral

cavity was measured. Free anterolateral thigh flap was used to reconstruct the defect. Left.
Cross on skin island marked location of perforator to the skin. Perforator arose from

descending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery and vein. Vascular clamps were placed
on the pedicle artery and vein on flap harvest. Right. Flap viewed from the undersurface.

Perforator could be seen as circled.
