Pathology confirmed the presence of pT2N0
moderately-differentiated squamous cell
carcinoma with clear resection margins.
Right. The patient at six months after
operation. The remnant right tongue was
soft. The free anterolateral thigh flap which
was used to reconstruct the left tongue
demonstrated good size match and bulk.
Patient could speak comprehensibly and
tolerate normal solid diet well.
