The flap was then transferred to the oral cavity. Left. Skin island of the free anterolateral thigh

flap was used to reconstruct intra-oral mucosal defect. The flap pedicle was passed medial to the

mandible for microvascular anastomosis in the neck. Right. Microvascular anastomosis was

performed between the pedicle artery and left facial artery (A), pedicle vein and external jugular

vein (V).
