SUBMANDIBULAR / SUBLINGUAL
GLAND TUMOUR
In addition to the size, and
consistency of tumour, one
must also look for evidence of
invasion to the floor of mouth
and overlying skin; lingual
and/or hypoglossal nerve
involvement; and any cervical
lymph node enlargement. All
of which may be suggestive of
malignant salivary gland
tumour.
