Surgery is the mainstay treatment for malignant salivary gland tumours. These include resection

                      of the primary tumour with adequate resection margins, taking into account any major nerve


                      invasion and regional nodal metastasis.






                      Adjuvant radiotherapy may be offered in selected patients to further optimize oncological

                      control.
