Radiation Induced Carotid Occlusion

A 73-year old man with previous RT for NPC in 1997 complained of dizziness. He was man-
aged conservatively in another hospital for known RT-induced carotid stenosis. Unfortunately
this type of disease usually had an accelerated progression and this became bilateral occlu-
sions. The patient is experiencing dizzy spells and visual disturbances.
