Neonatal Gangrene

A full-term baby boy was delivered through normal vaginal delivery. At birth, he was noted

to have cyanosis and gangrenous changes of well-formed left fingers and left forefoot,
which progressed over the next couple of days to gangrene with some blisters on his left
hand proximal fingers. The left hand and foot appeared smaller than the right side. 33
