In comparison, cutaneous haemangioma (sometimes called a cherry haemangioma)
       is less common in adults. These range from a small, red, flat dot to a larger, round-

       topped, bright-cherry-red or purple lump. They usually do not regress.
       This 60 years old man presented with a few years history of non-tender
       progressively enlarging purple colour skin lesions in his right back.  It bled a few
       times. He was referred for surgical excision.
