CT showed an acute type B aortic dissection with right leg ischemia and right
         kidney malperfusion.



         He was admitted to ICU for BP control and emergency TEVAR was arranged.  The
         indication was a complicated acute type B dissection, with end organ malperfusion
         due to branch compromise.
