POST-OPERATIVE CT showed the stent graft in place, sealing of the primary
tear and re-expansion of the true lumen (arrow). The R kidney and R iliac became
reperfused. Thrombus is already visible in the false lumen. This is a shorter stent
graft to reduce the chance of paraplegia. Subsequent monitoring of the remaining
false lumen is still necessary.
