TEVAR stent graft deployed to cover entry tear
(sacrificing left subclavian artery in this case)
The primary goal was to cover the entry tear, redirect blood flow into the true
lumen to rexpand it, and reperfuse the compromised R renal and R iliac arteries

Pigtail catheter

artery for
aortogram

Completion aortogram showed no retrograde dissection with re-expansion of true
lumen and re-perfusion of right kidney and right leg.
Post-op there was no stroke and no paraplegia.
