Trauma
A 27 year old male fell 15 meters whilst rock climbing.
He was in shock on arrival to AED and was intubated for airway
protection.
His abdomen was soft but mildly distended. His FAST scan positive,
indicating some free fluid or blood in the abdomen.
His right leg was noted to be shortened and externally rotated.
