A thoracic endograft was placed transfemorally covering the pseudoaneu-
rysm and preserving the celiac axis. The patient is put on life long antibiotics.
While endografting is an established treatment of mycotic pseudoaneurysms,
in this case there remain a concern for graft infection and secondary bleeding
due to the connection to the stomach.
