A 42-year old female patient with
known Marfan Syndrome had an
emergency Bentall operation for
Type A dissection, and subsequent
total arch repair more than 10 years
ago, followed by an open repair of
a descending thoracic aneurysm in
2008. She also has an abdominal
aortic aneurysm enlarging from
3.9cm in 2019 to now 4.5 cm in
diameter. What would you recom-
mend for this patient?
A. Continue surveillance until the AAA reaches 5cm diameter
B. Open repair of the AAA now
C. Endovascular repair of the AAA now
