This is the CT scan after the emergency surgeries and TEVAR. The patient made a slow recovery
yet the thoracoabdominal aneurysm is yet untreated and at risk of rupture. Six months later a sec-
ond stage open repair of the thoracoabominal aorta was done, with interposition graft from the
descending aorta to the common iliacs, and reimplanting the intercostal and visceral arteries.
