Thoracoabdominal Dissecting Aneurysm

Acute type B dissection can result in life threatening complilcations. This 71 year od
man suffered from a complicated acute type B dissection into a huge abdominal aortic
aneurysm, also causing visceral ischemia from CA and SMA occlusion, resulting in gan-
grenous colon, perforated duodenum, and gangrenous gallbladder. Emergency R hem-
icolectomy, distal gastrectomy and cholecystecomy were done followed by a TEVAR to
             realign flow.
