The First CT scan on admission showed the dissection flap and
very compressed true lumen with narrowing of the CA & SMA.

The Post-TEVAR follow up scan showed the true lumen very much
re-expanded, but the lower thoracic aorta is diseased with mul-
tiple penetrating ulcers, and the large AAA yet untreated. All the 45
visceral branches of the aorta were involved.
