In order to expose the aneurysm, the small bowel mesentery was retracted to the                                       Aortic clamp in situ for proximal control. In this case, an infrarenal aortic clamp was just
       right, the transverse colon cephalad, and descending and sigmoid colon to the left.                                   adequate to allow for proximal anastomosis.
