(IV) EARLY HYPOPHARYNGEAL
CARCINOMA
The PET scan depicts a patient with early
post-cricoid carcinoma diagnosed on
surveillance endoscopy.
Total laryngectomy, circumferential
pharyngectomy and reconstruction of
resultant circumferential pharyngeal defect
can be performed via a cruciate incision in
the neck combined withTORS.
