Left. After completion of TORS pharyngectomy, the specimen is delivered en-
bloc trans-orally.
Middle. The resultant circumferential pharyngeal defect is reconstructed with a
segment of jejunum harvested from the abdomen.
Right. The harvested jejunal flap is then introduced trans-orally to the neck via a
plastic bag, taking care not to twist the vascular pedicle.
