(II) PE TUMOUR POST ESOPHAGECTOMY
A patient who underwent Lewis-Tanner
esophagectomy for carcinoma of the
esophagus. He developed a tumour in the
CE three years later.
Endoscopic findings (measurements from
incisors):
– Cricopharyngeus: 16cm
– Tumour: 20-24cm
– Esophago-gastric anastomosis: 26cm
– Posterior tracheal wall invasion 5cm
