ULTRASOUND + FNAC
Ultrasonography of neck can be performed
to detect any enlarged cervical lymph nodes
which may not be detected on physical
examination.
Fine needle aspiration for cytology can be
performed under ultrasonographic guidance
in case of suspicious cervical lymph node
metastasis.
