Skin island of the posterior tibial flap was used to reconstruct the intra-oral mucosal defect and

cover exposed upper and lower alveolar bone. The flap pedicle was passed via a spacious tunnel

lateral to the mandible for microvascular anastomosis in the neck. Right. Pedicle artery was

anastomosed to the left facial artery (A) and the two venae comitantes were anastomosed to

two branches of the left IJV (V).
